I'm a British-born copywriter helping businesses, agencies, and digital marketers streamline their content creation using AI-powered productivity tools. My expertise spans UX writing, content design, social media copy, content creation, and SEO blog writing. With over 10 years in the digital tech space, I’ve delivered high-impact work across industries including finance, banking, telecoms, e-commerce, crypto, arts/culture, SaaS, and both B2B and B2C sectors.
As Robert Half's (Australia) freelance copywriter, I produced high-converting SEO copy for four regional sites (NZ, HK, CN, SG), driving a 25% boost in organic traffic and 10% more form submissions in under 3 weeks. Reduced bounce rates by 40% by aligning FAQ content with local search behaviour.
I led the UX writing and content editing for a new flagship page for Schneider Electric’s US Water Segment. This page anchors a national paid campaign aimed at local water municipalities, designed to strengthen relationships and position the brand as a trusted partner in sustainable water operations.
Over the course of a year, I collaborated closely with strategy, design, and development teams—owning the messaging, ensuring SEO alignment, shaping content flow, and defining a clear, human tone of voice. It’s a strong example of how thoughtful UX content can drive both engagement and commercial impact.
Led copywriting for Fyxer, an AI productivity tool specialising in email and meeting management. Work spans SEO-optimized blog content, UX copy, and feature pages with a focus on translating complex AI functionality into clear, benefit-led copy that resonates with time-poor professionals.
At Santander UK, I overseed marketing collateral for current accounts. This included implementation of the new brand tone of voice since the introduction of the latest product: Santander Edge Current Account. I had to create copy from scratch and ensure SEO keywords were embedded seamlessly. I played a pivotal part in the refresh of the Current Accounts and Student Hub web pages.
KnownOrigin is a blockchain startup now owned by ecommerce multinational, eBay. Produced the first set of how-to SEO optimised articles (about buy and exchange digital collectibles, NFTs, Web3 tools and blockchain technology) for the global website and established a brand new style guide (TOV). Also interviewed founders of Known Origin for an article detailing the partnership with eBay and the results after their first year.
At Revital, I was requested to provide content for their ecommerce category pages. This included provided copy for specific products in health, vitamins, nutrients and medication. These are live sites of SEO optimised pages I wrote for Viridian and Biocare.
More4app is a software competitor of Oracle ERP. More4app’s
website and social media needed fresh content, so I was requested to create blog and social media posts to get more engagement and eyes on their products and website.
I also worked on multiple websites for Keihls, Start Rescue, Hand-Picked Hotels, and Smart Box (Buyagift.com) and provided statistics, data, keywords, and on-page suggestions through SEMRush & Google Console. Wrote SEO blog posts, online ad posts, listicles, and sponsored articles about client products and refreshing copy to make pages more accessible.
I was recently requested to create seo-optimised blog posts for global staffing agency's website, Lumina Tech. One blog was about the benefits of TaaS (Team as a service) and another on AI tools for recruitment and talent search.
Wrote core pages (About Us, Services pages) for Toyn Consultancy, a CRM consultancy agency ran by Chris Toyn.
I write the bi-weekly newsletter for Find Your Clients, a B2B lead generation agency for solopreneurs and digital nomads.
