I, Mary Grace Nguyen, believe in blending human creativity with modern tools like AI to deliver thoughtful, high-quality work. As a digital copywriter with a journalist's eye and a decade in the game, I approach artificial intelligence as an assistant, not a replacement.

Here’s what that means in practice:

 

1. Human-first writing. Always. Every piece of copy I produce is led by my voice, judgment, and intention. AI tools (like language models) are occasionally used to streamline ideas, explore variations, or support research—but never to autopilot the job. I craft, edit, and polish every word with care.

 

2. Originality & ownership. The work you receive is original, tailored, and legally safe for use. I don’t copy/paste AI output verbatim or repurpose existing material without scrutiny. Your content will be distinct, brand-aligned, and uniquely yours.

 

3. No plagiarism. No shortcuts. I do not lift content from other writers, websites, or public materials—AI-generated or otherwise. All work is run through appropriate quality checks and originality tools, when relevant.

 

4. Your data stays yours. If you share confidential or sensitive info (briefs, brand guidelines, strategic documents), I do not upload it to public AI tools. Any use of AI happens locally or within secure environments that respect client confidentiality.

5. Transparent process. If I use AI in the development of your project, I'm open about how and where it played a part. This is your work; you deserve clarity.

 

6. Ethically grounded. I engage with AI in ways that are inclusive, respectful, and legally responsible. That means staying informed about evolving laws (like copyright and IP), prioritising fairness, and never misrepresenting what you’re paying for.
